Talk and Auction

D'AS ARTE had a lot of work to do last week with its project "From, by and for the children".

On Thursday, 09.12.2010 we talked about the project in "Pensamiento latino", a group of students from Tübingen, who is interested in all kind of problems and news from latinamerica, Spain and Germany.

At the end of the talk, we donated one of the Paintings from the project to the "Pensamiento latino" as they have a lot of contacts with groups, that work with children in different countries. We hope, this donation will help, directly or indirectly a lot of children.




On Friday, 10.12.2010, D'AS ARTE and Gallery Dalmau from Tübingen prepared an Auction with artworks from a lot of different artists, who donate the Auction proceeds to one of three charitable trusts (Fe y alegria/Peru; Luz de Luna/Colombia; DIF/Mexico).

Unfortunately, there were not a lot of people (the Christmas market began at the same time in Tübingen!), so that we couldn't sell many artworks, but anyway some of them could be sold and in the next days, we will contact the foundations to send them our donations.
We would like to thank heartly Mr Géza Székely, a hungarian artist living and working in Tübingen, Germany, who donated D'AS ARTE and its project the painting "Grenzen der Wahrnehmung", which he had available for the auction. He offered his time and knowledge for the next time that D'AS ARTE work again with a group of children as part of the project. Thank you very much.

Die Herausgabe der Artikeln erfolgt grundsätzlich nur nach Vorlage eines

gültigen Zahlungsbeleges bei unserem Personal.

Größere, zu demontierende Artikeln müssen an folgenden

Terminen verbindlich abgeholt werden:

Samstag 11. Dezember 11.00 - 14.00 Uhr.

Transportmittel werden nicht gestellt.

Zahlung

Die Zahlung der versteigerten Artikeln kann nur während oder Gleich nach der Versteigerung

im Auktionsbüro am Versteigerungstag erfolgen. Eine spätere Zahlung ist nicht möglich!

Akzeptiert wird Bargeld oder Überweisungsschein.

AUSSTELLUNG VON D'LOS IN DER GALERIE DALMAU

Als Teil der "Iberoamerikanische Kulturtage 2010 Tübingen/Stuttgart" wurde D'LOS von der Galerie Dalmau eingeladen, mehrere (9) ihrer Skulpturen auszustellen.

Am Sonntag, den 26.09.2010 war die Vernissage, mit der Anwesenheit von D'LOS und die Eröffnungswörter von Sam Canon, der alle teilnehmende Künstler vorgestellt hat.

Diese Ausstellung geht bis zum 16.10.2010, so dass man nicht nur die Skulpturen von D'LOS sondern Kunstwerke von anderen lateinamerikanischen und spanischen Künstlern betrachten kann.

Die Öffnungszeiten der Galerie Dalmau sind:

Di - Mi - Fr. 11:00-18:00 Uhr

Sa 11:00 - 15:00 Uhr (und nach Vereinbarung).

Sie sind herzlich eingeladen, diese Ausstellung zu besuchen. In den nächsten Tagen werden wir hier Bilder hochladen, so dass Sie sich ein Bild machen können, was da zu bewundern gibt.

Überraschungen der Liebe - Kunst in Bewegung

We, in D'AS ARTE, would like to thank all the people who visited us and who wrote us about our last exhibition: "Überraschungen der Liebe - Kunst in Bewegung" (german for "Surprises of love - Art in motion") and we would like to show you some pictures and news about this event.

As you know, we exhibited the works from the group D'AS ARTE (D'LOS, Sam Canon and the guest artists Fernando Lucero, Juan Lozada and Gie Bele) in the Gallery atelier from Guillermo De Lucca from 13 to 28 Februar 2010.

The main Idea behind this exhibition was to show the different points of view from different artists about the "eroticism" (german: Erotik). Juan Lozada showed two of his abstract paintings and the two poems he wrote, which are the concepts behind this paintings; D'LOS expressed her ideal of eroticism through her sculptures (most huging pairs); Sam Canon photographs shows the female body in a relative abstract form; Gie Bele had a couple of drawings and sculptures and Fernando Lucero' illustrations/etchings were a little bit more explicit about the sexual act. But, all in all, we wanted to show that it doesn't matter how do you see this topic of eroticism, how do you want to express it or what do you like or what do you find extrem or horrible: all forms of eroticism are just parts of a big whole, because sensible or tenderly, abstract or figurative, explicit or implicit, love or sex, all of that will guide us (as have been done since the beginning of times) to the most important thing in the world: A NEW LIFE!
